Through the quote request form on our website we collect the information you voluntarily provide: full name / company name, email address, phone number (optional), site location, selected service, estimated budget and project description.
We use this data solely to prepare and deliver a quote and to communicate about your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent (submitting the form) and taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract.
We keep inquiry data for a maximum of 2 years from receipt, unless a works contract is concluded, in which case the statutory retention periods for business documentation apply.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required.
Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers (Google LLC), which involves a technical transfer of your browser's IP address to Google when the page loads.
